What is Crème Brûlée? It’s a charming little cup of custard with bruleed sugar on top that cracks when you slip your spoon through the caramelized sugar.
Kinda fancy with it’s French name, and at Amorette’s, you get to watch the pastry chef brûlée the sugar on top!
My daughter chose this dessert on our recent visit and we finished every last bit.
The blueberries were a bit too tart, but they were pretty much just garnish anyway.
You will find seasonal versions of this classic custard on the menu throughout the year. Currently the dessert is garnished with seasonal fruit and a signature chocolate coin.
